We have following scheduled workouts start times - Workouts are 1 hour in duration

Mon-Fri 5 am - 6 am - 9 am - 12:15 pm - 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Mon-Thur 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm OPEN GYM

(Friday afternoon is 5:00 pm only)

Saturday we have a workout from 7:30 to 9 am
